Anavrin Wellness has policies in place that provide a framework for consistent operations within our organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, guiding decision-making, defining roles and responsibilities, and communicating expectations to clients, ultimately aiming to reduce risk and promote smooth functioning. Please read our policies and reminders listed below:
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges.
A “No Call No Show” may require payment in full for your missed appointment before any future bookings can be made.
Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.
When booking online as a first time client, a 50% deposit is required to book your session and is non-refundable if you miss your appointment without giving a 24 hour notice for rescheduling.
When booking any current specials or promotions, prepayment is required.
Gift certificates are good for 1 year from the purchase date and are non-refundable. These are not eligible for trade in for cash value.
