Policies & Reminders

Anavrin Wellness has policies in place that provide a framework for consistent operations within our organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, guiding decision-making, defining roles and responsibilities, and communicating expectations to clients, ultimately aiming to reduce risk and promote smooth functioning. Please read our policies and reminders listed below:

  • If any changes need to be made to your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges.

  • A “No Call No Show” may require payment in full for your missed appointment before any future bookings can be made.

  • Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.

  • When booking online as a first time client, a 50% deposit is required to book your session and is non-refundable if you miss your appointment without giving a 24 hour notice for rescheduling.

  • When booking any current specials or promotions, prepayment is required.

  • Gift certificates are good for 1 year from the purchase date and are non-refundable. These are not eligible for trade in for cash value.
