Check your eligibility with your plans administrator and/or your insurance company to make sure you are pre-approved. In most cases, getting this approved will require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your primary care provider. This must be sent to your HSA/FSA plans administrator and/or your insurance company, NOT TO ME. They will then review the letter and notify you of approval. Anavrin Wellness is licensed, insured, and recognized by the IRS. Upon approval, we can book your appointment and proceed.
